Global Operations

Advancing a diversified mineral portfolio

Vexillum Minerals is building a diversified portfolio through acquisitions, joint ventures and the development of mineral assets. Our approach brings together technical assessment, staged investment and operational planning to advance projects towards production and market.

The portfolio combines established resource opportunities, projects undergoing bulk sampling and development, and early-stage exploration sites.

Our Global Footprint

Vexillum Minerals is building an international mineral development and acquisition platform across Africa, the Americas and Australasia. With more than 26 projects in the wider pipeline, our footprint spans precious metals, industrial minerals and other strategically relevant commodities, bringing together advanced development opportunities and early-stage exploration potential.

We continue to assess additional projects in North and South America, alongside opportunities in Kazakhstan that could extend our reach into Asia. Each opportunity is evaluated on its geological potential, infrastructure, processing requirements and commercial viability, with development programmes shaped around the contribution of technical expertise, targeted capital and operational capability.

Selected Projects

The summaries below offer a selective overview of projects being actively advanced. They represent only part of our wider portfolio and acquisition pipeline. Project names and commercial terms are withheld to preserve confidentiality.

Australia
Gold
Advanced Exploration and Development

An advanced gold project supported by a mineral resource JORC reported at over 1,000,000 oz of gold. Current activity centres on technical review and development planning to define the next phase of work.

Ghana
Alluvial Gold
Resource Definition and Development Planning

An alluvial gold project of 152,000 oz supported by a JORC-reported resource. Development planning focuses on the alluvial opportunity, alongside a separate programme to investigate hard-rock potential. The existing resource report covers the alluvial deposits only.

Ghana
Gold
Exploration and Resource Development

A gold project supported by historical exploration information and resource estimates in excess of 90,000 oz. The development programme is focused on further validation, resource upgrade work and preparation for phased bulk sampling.

Zimbabwe
GoldLithium
Bulk Sampling and Exploration

A gold development project with an associated lithium opportunity. Bulk sampling is underway to support assessment of the gold mineralisation, with further drilling planned to strengthen the technical basis for development. The lithium opportunity is being considered through a separate assessment programme.

Zimbabwe
Chrome
Exploration and Resource Definition

A chrome project being advanced through exploration and resource assessment. Technical work will inform the scale of the opportunity and the requirements for subsequent mining and processing development.

Uganda
Gold
Bulk Sampling and Development

A gold project being progressed through a phased development approach. Initial bulk sampling is intended to assess the mineralisation and provide practical information to guide the next stage of development.

Tanzania
Gold
Exploration and Resource Definition

A gold exploration project with a programme directed towards formal resource definition. Further technical work is intended to establish the geological understanding and reporting basis required for development planning.

Zimbabwe
Gold
Early-Stage Exploration

An early-stage gold project being advanced through exploration planning and technical validation. The initial programme will guide further investigation, with the objective of progressing towards a formally reported mineral resource.

Australia
Silica Sand
Resource-Defined Development Opportunity

An industrial minerals project supported by a reported JORC Measured Resource of approximately 40.9 million tonnes. Development assessment is focused on the deposit’s characteristics and the technical and commercial requirements for bringing product to market.

South Africa
Gold Recovery and Processing
Bulk Sampling and Processing Development

A gold recovery project involving existing mineralised material, supported by bulk sampling and assay information. Development work focuses on assessing recovery potential and the processing infrastructure required to support operations.

Early-Stage Exploration

Vexillum is also advancing virgin exploration sites as part of its longer-term development pipeline. These opportunities are being assessed through geological review, exploration planning and staged technical investigation.

Sierra Leone
Gold

An early-stage gold opportunity in early exploration to define the initial priorities for technical validation.

Zimbabwe
Lithium

An additional lithium exploration program of 16 concessions over 2000+ hectares being explored to establish its geological potential and the scope of further investigation.

Zimbabwe
Gold

A separate gold opportunity of 1500+ hectares over several concessions for exploration and development. Initial work will inform resource definition priorities and the potential development pathway.

Zimbabwe
Chrome

A separate chrome opportunity being assessed for exploration and development. Initial work will inform resource definition priorities and the potential development pathway.

From Assessment to Development

Our development approach aligns technical work and capital deployment with the requirements of each project.

Technical Assessment

Reviewing geological information, historical exploration and available reports to establish the project’s starting position and identify further work.

Exploration and Validation

Using sampling, drilling, assay work and resource definition to support informed development decisions.

Operational Development

Planning equipment, infrastructure and processing requirements around the characteristics and scale of the asset.

Market Access

Considering logistics, refining and offtake requirements alongside project development to establish a practical route to market.
