Connecting Mineral Supply with Commercial Demand
Vexillum Minerals facilitates introductions and commercial coordination between mineral producers, suppliers and prospective buyers.
Through our UAE trading entity, Vexillum Minerals FZCO, we help counterparties identify suitable opportunities, establish transaction requirements and progress discussions towards agreed commercial terms.
Our focus is on physical mineral commodities, with each opportunity assessed according to product specifications, availability, origin and the requirements of the parties involved.

Commodity Focus

Our Role
Identify Opportunities
Understand the supplier’s offering or buyer’s requirements and assess whether there is a suitable basis for an introduction.
Establish Commercial Fit
Coordinate the exchange of relevant information, including product specifications, indicative volumes, delivery terms and transaction expectations.
Support Negotiations
Help counterparties progress commercial discussions and identify the documentation and specialist inputs required.
Coordinate Transaction Progress
Where appointed, support communication between the parties through agreed transaction milestones, including inspection, logistics and delivery planning.
The scope of Vexillum’s involvement is agreed for each engagement. The contracting parties remain responsible for their respective obligations under the transaction documents.
A Structured Approach to Each Enquiry
Commodity transactions require more than an introduction. Product suitability, counterparty credibility and delivery requirements must be understood before meaningful commercial discussions can progress.
Our approach begins with a review of the enquiry and the available supporting information. Relevant counterparty checks and transaction requirements are addressed before proceeding.
Inspection, assay, transport, insurance and other specialist services are arranged with appropriate providers where required under the agreed transaction structure.
