August 28, 2026 — Vexillum Strategic Minerals Corp. (“Vexillum” or the “Company”) announces that it is reviewing, together with its legal, financial and technical advisors, a strategic investment and industrial partnership proposal involving Triple Rings Engineering CC (“TRECC”), Metro Cast Allied Metals (Pvt.) Ltd. and its affiliated industrial businesses.
The proposal contemplates the development of an integrated Zimbabwean industrial platform serving the mining, manufacturing, engineering and construction sectors. Its initial focus would include the distribution of mining and industrial consumables, supported by existing foundry and manufacturing capabilities.
The longer-term vision presented for review includes:
- Establishing an industrial distribution presence in Gweru
- Expanding local foundry and manufacturing capacity
- Developing fabrication, machining, maintenance and engineering services
- Supporting Zimbabwe’s mining and industrial customers with locally available products and technical expertise
- Evaluating future mineral-beneficiation opportunities, subject to technical, commercial and regulatory review
TRECC’s proposed role extends beyond financial participation and could include engineering design, machinery sourcing, fabrication, maintenance systems, reverse engineering, technical training and broader industrial-project support.
Vexillum and its advisors are assessing the proposal’s commercial structure, technical feasibility, governance framework, implementation requirements and alignment with the Company’s broader strategic-minerals and downstream-development objectives.
The review remains at a preliminary stage. No definitive agreement has been entered into, and there can be no assurance that the review will result in an investment, partnership or other transaction. Vexillum will provide further information if and when the parties reach a material agreement suitable for public disclosure.
